Booking requirements for a cuddle therapy session.
- To begin, you fill out and sign a client intake form, which helps the therapist understand your needs and preferences.
- Once the intake form is received, a video call will be scheduled between you and the therapist. This is an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other, discuss comfort levels, and ensure the process feels safe and appropriate.
- During the Zoom call, you’ll discuss your physical and emotional boundaries. Clear communication about consent is a priority, with the therapist explaining the importance of respecting these boundaries throughout the session.
- You’ll have the chance to share why you’re interested in cuddle therapy, what you hope to achieve, and any specific preferences you may have.
- If the session feels like a good fit, the therapist will send you a client agreement and waiver form to read and sign before proceeding.
- After the agreement and waiver are signed, you’ll receive a PayPal link for payment. The payment, which can be made using a PayPal account or most bank cards, must be completed at least 2 days before the scheduled session.
- A confirmation email will be sent 24 hours before the session to finalize the booking or offer a rescheduling if necessary.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to receive a refund.
The day of the session:
On arrival, before I start the session, I will bring a hard copy of the agreement and waiver form for you to read and sign.
The goal of this process is to make sure that both you and the therapist feel comfortable and safe, that clear communication and consent are prioritized, and that all the necessary arrangements are made for a positive and smooth experience.
