Code of Conduct
The Client and I (the Cuddle Therapist) agree to the following:
Both Client and the Cuddle Therapist confirm they are at or above the legal age of consent in their location.
Both Client and the Cuddle Therapist agree to be free from any mind-altering substances during sessions, ensuring the ability to give full and informed consent.
Client agrees to disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect the session.
Both Client and Cuddle Therapist commit to practicing consent and respecting personal boundaries at all times.
Open and honest communication will be maintained before, during, and after sessions to ensure mutual comfort.
This service is strictly platonic; both parties agree to avoid any sexual arousal or behavior.
Minimum clothing for both parties is a tank top and shorts covering the upper thigh, suitable for public wear. (not just boxer shorts)
Cleanliness and good personal hygiene are required from both client and practitioner. This includes wearing freshly laundered clothing, showering, and brushing teeth or using mouthwash near the time of the session. Perfume, aftershave, or other scented products should be avoided or used minimally. Hygiene concerns may be raised by either party at any time.
Client confidentiality will be respected and protected at all times.
The Cuddle Therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If either party feels
unsafe or uncomfortable a session may be stopped at any time, but no refunds will
be given regardless of why the session ends or who stops it.
A valid photo ID is required from all new clients prior to the first session. To support the safety and comfort of the Cuddle Therapist, an initial consultation and a copy of a valid driver’s license or other government-issued identification must be provided. This information will be used for verification purposes only.
A trusted third party, selected by the practioner , will be provided with session details and notified when the session ends. If the cuddle therapist fails to check in within 30 minutes after the session, the third party will contact ACT Federal Police.
Payment is due before the session, payable via bank transfer or PayPal.
Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
